Washing instructions

Your vintage football shirts are collectibles – and deserve special care. Follow these tips to preserve the colors, prints and fabric as best as possible:

How to wash:

• Hand washing in cold water (max. 30°C) is the most gentle.
• If machine washing is necessary: ​​use a gentle cycle without spinning .
• Always wash inside out to protect prints and logos.
• Use mild detergent without bleach or fabric softener.
• Do not wash with clothes with zippers or Velcro as it may scratch the fabric.

Always avoid:

• Tumble dryer (heat can damage the material).
• Ironing directly onto prints or logos.
  

Extra tip:

• Try stain remover (Vanish and other brands work well).
• Let the shirt air dry flat on a towel or on a hanger out of direct sunlight.
• Store the shirt in a dry and dark place to avoid faded colors.
